Karen – Receptionist and Scheduling Coordinator

Karen is your first contact with our practice when you begin treatment with us. She has been working with Dr. Ramsay since he started practicing in 1998. As a graduate of the University of Texas and a dedicated Longhorn fan, she is a lifetime member of the Texas Exes and has attended many a football game. Her passions for gardening, cross-stitching and skiing keep her busy.  That is,  when her basset hound will allow for any spare time!

Sharon – Accounts Manager

Sharon handles all of the financial aspects of your treatment as well as the many fun contests we have for our patients throughout the year. She enjoys decorating the office for the different holidays! Sharon has over 16 years of experience in the orthodontic field. She has been working with Dr. Ramsay since 2002. Previously, she worked at the Medical College of Virginia’s Department of Orthodontics, where she held the position of Clinic Business Manager. In her spare time, Sharon enjoys home improvement projects and gardening.

Suzanne – Orthodontic Assistant

Suzanne has over 25 years of experience as an orthodontic assistant and has also been with Dr. Ramsay since he started practicing in 1998. She has two children: a son who is married and recently welcomed their first son,  and a daughter who attends Texas Tech University.  Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family here and in Dallas, and her hobbies include reading and going to the movies.

Becky – Orthodontic Assistant

Becky is an orthodontic assistant with over 20 years of experience and has been working with Dr. Ramsay since 2005. She has been married for over 16 years and has a daughter she enjoys spending time with. Becky also enjoys working in the yard, and works part-time at Thunderhill Raceway in Kyle during car racing season.
